While I offer these products with the best of intentions and with my heart entirely in the right place, you should be aware that I am not a doctor, naturopath, shaman, botanist or professional herbalist. I do not make any claims that these products and preparations will work for you like they worked for me and my test subjects. I do not make any medical based claims, nor do I intend to provide any medical advice or information whatsoever.
I simply looked for a healthier alternative to what was sold in drug stores and through years of reading and researching, have come up with a product line to assist with most common ailments. I have researched what herbs and essential oils have tended to work in most situations for most people. I have researched the traditional uses of plants in ancient cultures and days gone by and have attempted to recreate some of these remedies as an alternative to the commercial products available today; which have risks and drawbacks all of their own. Use your judgement as to what you think is best for you; whether that ends up to be a natural remedy, a drug store purchase or seeking medical attention.
I have provided guidance regarding how and when to use these products and my ingredient lists are thorough and complete. Again, use your judgement. If something does not agree with you, do not buy it and do not use it. If you have any allergies, read the ingredients carefully; a lot of products contain nut oils, coconut and other allergens. If something seems off to you, smells strange or does not look the way it did when you bought it, don't use it. Do not use a product that smells or appears offish. These products have no chemical preservatives. They should be shelf stable for approximately 2 years but do take care to use freshly washed fingers or a disposable application tool to keep the container clean. Store your salves and balms in a cool area to prevent rancidity and prolong shelf life.
None of the products have been tested for safety of use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please do your own research and draw your own conclusions as to what you think is safe for you and your baby. Much of the information available regarding the safety of herbs and essential oils during pregnancy is conflicting and I would leave that choice to the individual.
